EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)
A mind-body practice that releases emotional blocks, calms the nervous system, and supports regulation in real time.
How EFT It Works
EFT—often called “tapping”—combines acupressure points with mindful focus to release stored stress and emotional imprints in the body.
By tapping on meridian points while acknowledging emotions or sensations, the nervous system shifts from activation to regulation. This work helps reduce anxiety, interrupt old patterns, and rewire stress responses that mindset work alone can’t reach.
What EFT Can Address
Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
Emotional reactivity and triggers
Limiting beliefs and fear-based patterns
Nervous system dysregulation and shutdown
Trauma responses held in the body
Moments where talking isn’t enough to create relief
How I Use EFT in My Work
I integrate EFT when emotional intensity, stress, or unresolved memories surface in session. It supports processing in the moment—reducing overwhelm, interrupting spirals, and helping the body feel safe enough to shift.
For high performers who “think through everything,” EFT offers a practical tool to regulate the nervous system and move through stuck places without pushing or forcing.
