Grief From the HeART — Terms of Submission

By submitting work to Grief From the HeART, you agree to the following.

1. You own the rights to the artwork

You confirm that you created the work you're submitting and that you hold the rights to it. If your piece includes anyone else's image, words, or creative material, you confirm you have their permission to include it. You agree to be responsible for any claim that arises from content you submit.

2. You retain the rights to your artwork

Submitting your work does not transfer ownership. You retain full rights to your piece. However, you grant Nichole Lee of Nichole Lee Global, LLC a non-exclusive license to publish, display, and share your submission including the accompanying reflection in any way including social media platforms and in connection with Grief from the HeART.

3. Your artwork will be credited based on your submission

Your work is credited exactly as you selected at submission: full name, first name, initials, or anonymous. Anonymous submissions are published with no identifying information.

4. You can request removal at any time

If you want your published work removed from the collection at any point, email hello@nicholelee.loveand it will be taken down. Removal applies to the collection going forward; we are not in control of your artwork made by others while the artwork was published.

5. There is no guarantee your artwork will be submitted

Your submission does not guarantee that it will be used in communications/social channels.

6. This is a creative collection and does not serve as professional help.

Grief From the HeART is a space for creative expression. It is not a substitute for medical or professional support.
