Heart-Math® & Heart-Focused Breathing
An evidence-based practice that regulates the nervous system, reduces stress in real time, and supports emotional clarity through heart-brain coherence.
How It Works
HeartMath® is a research-backed system that uses heart-focused breathing to interrupt the stress response and create coherence—where the heart, brain, and nervous system operate in sync.
By directing your attention to the heart and slowing the breath, this practice helps neutralize emotional reactivity, calm the body, and create a grounded, alert state you can return to anytime.
This work is gentle, non-invasive, and can be done in-person or at a distance. Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, and more like themselves after energy healing sessions.
What It Can Address
Stress, anxiety, and emotional overload
Difficulty self-regulating in challenging moments
Chest tension, tightness, and physical stress patterns
Decision-making under pressure
Emotional dysregulation during transitions
Overthinking, overwhelm, and mental fatigue
How I HearthMath® It in My Work
HeartMath is integrated into my work as a foundational regulation tool.
When clients are navigating grief or a significant identity transition, the nervous system is often running at a level that makes deeper transformation difficult to access.
HeartMath creates the coherence needed for that work to take hold — and gives clients a technique they can use on their own, long after our sessions end.
