As the sun rises over the stunning Costa Rican landscape, I welcome you to a retreat that promises to be a sanctuary of serenity and a safe haven where you can shed the burdens of the past, quiet the noise of the present, and listen to the whispers of your heart. 

This retreat is an intimate setting with a capacity of no more than 12 women to foster a deeper connection and attention to each woman’s unique needs on their transformational journey.

Your Daily Retreat Experience Schedule

  • Arrive in Costa Rica at SJO airport.

    You will meet the rest of your retreat sisters.

    We will connect and stay at a wonderful hotel near the SJO airport and enjoy dinner together. Get a good night's sleep in prep to fly to Imiloa in the morning.

  • Enjoy a private flight to the landing strip near Imiloa and enjoy the beautiful scenery as you fly over Costa Rica's mountains and the Pacific Ocean coast line.

    Upon arrival at Imiloa we will gather for delicious mocktails and lunch and end the evening with a welcoming ceremony and a delicious 3-course plant-based dinner.

  • Dedicated to expanding your Heart and receiving more LOVE.

    We will start the day with a heart opening meditation and workshop to prepare you to open your heart to loving yourself more.

    In the evening we will experience a beautiful cacao ceremony to help you expand your heart space, followed by time to reflect and rest.

  • Helping you gain CLARITY and inner wisdom.

    We will start the morning with a guided meditation and a sound bowl session.

    In the afternoon, we will delve into your thoughts and emotions gaining a clearer understanding of who you are, your desires and aspirations.

    In the morning, we will enjoy a Blue Clay experience by the private waterfall.

    The afternoon will include an empowering workshop and insightful reflections, where you will observe how you've evolved, processing your experiences and internal transformations and how you will integrate when you return home.

Sky Forest is on 8 contiguous acres to Imiloa, making the campus feel like a 30-acre wonderland. The air-conditioned home is 350sq/m with three expansive bedrooms, two downstairs and one up, with mountain, jungle, and ocean views respectively. King Beds in all rooms. Infinity pool with magnificent views to the Pacific.

  • Imiloa is located on the Southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica about 3KM North of Dominical and approximately 25KM (30 mins) south of Quepos.

    The Retreat Center is on a mountain, overlooking the Pacific, at about 800 feet / 240m in elevation.

  • No. You will be responsible for your flight from your home airport to SJO airport. A private chartered flight from SJO to Imiloa is included in your retreat package.

  • Please fly into San Jose Juan Santamaria International Airport. The airport code is “SJO.”

    Please plan for your flight to arrive by 9am local time if you plan to fly in the same day as the start date of the retreat.

  • Entry requirements are subject to change at any moment so we encourage you to check this link for updated info: Entry Requirements.

  • The Imiloa Team will guide you to the retreat’s private plane on the day of check-in at the Domestic Terminal at SJO. The domestic terminal is right next to the International Terminal.

    If you arrive on the same day of your retreat the Imiloa team will meet you outside of the International Terminal and walk you to the Domestic Terminal.

    If you arrive in Costa Rica prior to the same day of the retreat, please arrive at the Domestic Terminal no later than 2:30 pm on your retreat start date.

    Once the group arrives in Quepos, where the Imiloa landing strip is, we will be escorted to Imiloa by private SUVs.

  • Imiloa is a dry (alcohol and drug free) and plant based campus. A custom curated plant-based menu will be created for our time together. Fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, teas and water will also be available daily. Please email hello@nicholelee.love with any questions you may have.

  • The RECEIVE RETREAT is non-refundable. All sales are final and money-back guarantees are not offered.

    By booking, you agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund unless the retreat is cancelled.

    Nichole Lee Global LLC (Nichole Lee) is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes.

  • A full packing list will be provided to all registrants a few weeks before the trip.

    Provided by Imiloa: Organic shampoo, conditioner & shower gel, Hairdryer, Beach towels, Umbrellas, Head lamps (for walking campus at night)

  • One bungalow accommodation is accessible as well as our dining hall. Please contact hello@nicholelee.love for more details so that we can discuss your specific needs. Imiloa is not currently fully ADA compliant, but is working on acquiring this certification.

  • Included in your retreat experience is the small plane chartered privately just for our retreat group.

    This is already included in your retreat package. However, if you prefer ground transportation, this can be set up as an alternative for an additional cost.

  • Mosts guests arrive on the first day of their retreat, but if you have the time in your schedule, we would definitely recommend coming in a day early. There are plenty of hotels near SJO. Below are a few hotel options to choose from:

  • If you arrive at the domestic terminal at SJO after 9 AM, you will not arrive in time to travel on the charter flight. We can still assist with coordinating transport, but you will be responsible for your own transportation to Imiloa and any cost incurred.

    If you choose not to utilize the method of transportation provided for your retreat to/from Imiloa, you are responsible for the cost of alternate/ground transportation. For example, if you choose not to fly on the charter plane, you will be responsible for the cost of your ground transportation.
