What Somatic Coaching Is
Somatic coaching is a trauma-informed, body-centered approach that works directly with the nervous system to process experiences stored beneath conscious awareness.
When we go through significant life transitions — loss, identity shifts, career upheaval, relationship endings — the impact does not live only in our thoughts. It settles into the body: in patterns of tension, in the breath, in the places where we learned to brace long before we had language for what was happening.
Somatic work creates a direct, safe pathway to those held patterns so they can finally be released.
