What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership focused on helping you create meaningful change in your life. Unlike therapy, which often explores the past to understand the present, coaching is primarily future-focused though we honor and process what needs attention from your history as it arises.

Coaching creates clarity, accountability, momentum and supports you in becoming more aligned, authentic, and whole in the process.

Types of Coaching I Offer

Life Coaching

Supporting you through major life transitions, identity shifts, and moments when you're redefining what success and fulfillment mean to you. This work addresses career changes, relationship dynamics, life purpose, and the deeper questions of who you are and what you want.

Spiritual Coaching

Guiding you in reconnecting with your spiritual essence, exploring your beliefs and values, and aligning your life with your deeper truth. This may include work around faith, intuition, purpose, and living in integrity with what matters most to you.

Health Coaching

Supporting your overall well-being as you navigate stress, transition, and transformation. This includes addressing how your emotional state affects your physical health, creating sustainable self-care practices, and honoring the mind-body connection in your healing process.

Grief Coaching

Walking with you through the profound process of loss, whether it's the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of an identity or life chapter. Grief coaching honors your unique process while providing tools and support to help you integrate the loss and move forward.

Travel Coaching

For those who are called to explore, reset, or find themselves through travel. This includes support in planning transformational travel experiences, navigating identity shifts that often accompany extended travel, and integrating insights gained from time away.

How I Use Coaching in My Work

Coaching is a foundational framework through which all of my work flows. It provides structure, accountability, and forward momentum while we address the deeper healing work that's necessary for true transformation.
