What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy creates access to the subconscious mind, making it possible to identify and shift deep-rooted patterns, process unresolved experiences, and create lasting change at the level where it actually matters

Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access a heightened state of awareness, often called a trance state. In this state, the conscious mind quiets and the subconscious becomes more receptive to exploration, insight, and positive change.

Contrary to popular misconception, you are always in control during hypnotherapy. You're not asleep or unconscious, you're just in a deeply relaxed, focused state where you can access memories, emotions, and beliefs that are typically outside of your conscious awareness.

How I Use Hypnotherapy in My Work

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for the deep identity and healing work I do with clients navigating transitions.

When you're facing a career shift, relationship ending, or profound loss, there are often subconscious patterns at play—beliefs about who you are, what you deserve, or what's possible for you. These patterns were often formed in childhood or through past experiences, and they shape your choices and your sense of self in ways you may not consciously realize.

I use hypnotherapy to help:
